' I have nothing but absolute praise for the early years at Dial Park. All 3 of my children have started from 2yo group all the way up to reception and they loved/love it just as much as I do! Thanks so much for your patience and time you all spent with Joel and helping him build his confidence and his relationships with the staff and all his classmates. Some of there best memories are from Early Years at Dial Park & my youngest is still making them now. The communication and daily updates on the Dojo/Tappestry is always great too.' - A Great review from one of our parents.
In the Early Years at Dial Park the children are warmly welcomed by caring, nurturing and knowledgeable staff into an environment that is calm and homely yet sparks their curiosity and independence. We like to ignite the children's imaginations by using natural resources inside and promoting outdoor learning whilst making learning as fun as possible.
We have developed the Best Balance Approach which is how we deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. Individualised, inclusive practise where all children make fantastic progress from whatever their starting point might be. Communication with parents and working together as a team is extremely important to us as you join us on your child's educational journing within the Dial Park family.
The Dial Park Early Years team have developed The Best Balance Approach which takes the best practise and pedagogy from leading experts from the past and present to provide the best learning experiences and opportunities for our children. We strive to create “awe and wonder” through providing rich and meaningful learning experiences in a warm and inviting setting.
The Curiosity Approach and Hygge in the Early Years influence the team greatly in the stimulating environments we provide. Inspirational is what we aspire to be for the children, for ourselves and for other settings. Our inclusive environment and unique child approach mean that all children achieve and make fantastic progress in their crucial first years in education.
In the Early Years we follow a three year curriculum so that all the children can work together and cover different themes from the 2 year olds through to the end of Reception. This way the children will not repeat any topics throughout their time in Early Years.
This enables us to ensure our activities and environment continues to be new and exciting for our children throughout their time. Our Best Balance Approach means that we can balance the school led curriculum hand in hand with the Statutory Early Years Foundation Stage. We also follow the children's ideas and interests to bring learning to life, supporting the seven areas of learning whilst keeping each and every unique child at the heart of everything we do.
